We love our new Maine Collage + Rose for it's delicious flavour and many health benefits. Our Health Team couldn't wait to put it to the taste test with this delicious recipe. This recipe makes a tasty and healthy dessert but also makes a great breakfast.
2-4 Servings
Ingredients
-
1 Scoop of Vitality Marine Collagen + Rose Powder
-
1 ½ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Earth’s Own)
-
6 Tbsp Whole Chia Seeds
-
1 ½ Tbsp Maple Syrup (more if preferred)

¼ tsp Fresh Ground Cardamom (more if preferred) (Optional)
To garnish
-
Raspberries
-
Chopped Pistachios
-
Coconut Flakes
Instructions

Mix all above ingredients (except garnish) all together and store in a glass container overnight or for at least 5 hours.

Once ready, garnish with raspberries, chopped pistachios, coconut flakes and other choices of garnish.
