Methylcobalamin supports blood formation and Adenosylcobalamin supports the nervous system. Cyanocobalamin is also used in vitamin B12 shots and is the most stable form of vitamin B12, which is important for time release products. I have struggled with ADD my whole life and a good B complex is a big must for me! My first experience with this specific product was when I was given a 2 day sample. I took them without thinking much about it but just after the 2 day supply, I felt the way more energetic. I love the amount of energy that I feel I have when I take this.
