Why is the folic acid type different in Daily & Power Iron? 

VITALITY’s Power Iron + Spirulina has a full dose, 1000mcg, of Folic Acid. The body is able to easily absorb and activate this amount and is very effective in building iron levels and producing red blood cells. In Daily Iron there is a balanced amount of Folic Acid to the Iron dosage, 250mcg. In this lower amount we have used the activated form so the body can rapidly absorb and utilize this smaller dosage.
