Blueberry Glow Smoothie 

We love blueberries for their flavour and health benefits. So when our Health Team entered the kitchen to craft new smoothies, they were a natural go to!

Smoothies are fast and easy to make and can be prepped in advance. This delicious and refreshing smoothie is ready in 5 minutes and is protein packed (great for metabolism, muscle recovery and cell health), plus its macro balanced for a healthy, nutritious meal which can support weight loss.

We've added VITALITY GLOW Marine Collagen + Biotin to support joint health, and for healthier skin, hair and nails. This delicious meal will give you all the energy you need PLUS many other health benefits. 

Blueberry GLOW Collagen Smoothie Recipe: 

Prep Time: 5 Minutes 


  • Unsweetened Oat Milk:  1 cup / 250 ml (we recommend Earth's Own) 
  • Vegan Vanilla or Unflavoured Whey Protein: 40 grams
  • VITALITY GLOW Marine Collagen + Biotin: 1 scoop (or 5 grams)
  • Frozen or Fresh Blueberries: 1 cup (250 grams) 
  • Unsweetened Greek Yogurt (0%):  60 grams
  • Raw Almond Butter: 1 tsp 


Use a bullet for quick mixing or can prepare in a blender. 

Add in blueberries, raw almond butter, greek yogurt, collagen powder and protein powder.  Pour over the oat milk and blend. 

Prefer a less dense smoothie? Just add ice or cold water.
