Rose Collagen Pistachio Chia Pudding Recipe

We love our new Marine Collagen + Rose for it's delicious flavour and many health benefits. Our Health Team couldn't wait to put it to the taste test with this delicious recipe.  This recipe makes a tasty and healthy dessert but also makes a great breakfast.

2-4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop of Vitality Marine Collagen + Rose Powder
  • 1 ½ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Earth’s Own)
  • 6 Tbsp Whole Chia Seeds
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Maple Syrup (more if preferred)
  • ¼ tsp Fresh Ground Cardamom (more if preferred) (Optional) 

To garnish

  • Raspberries
  • Chopped Pistachios
  • Coconut Flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix all above ingredients (except garnish) all together and store in a glass container overnight or for at least 5 hours.
  2. Once ready, garnish with raspberries, chopped pistachios, coconut flakes and other choices of garnish.
